Nanotecnología en la cadena alimentaria
La Agencia Federal de Bélgica para la Seguridad en la Cadena Alimentaria organizará el próximo día 24 de noviembre en Bruselas un simposio internacional sobre nanotecnología en la cadena alimentaria. Este evento se engloba en el marco de la Presidencia belga del Consejo de la Unión Europea y su objetivo es presentar la situación actual de las aplicaciones, oportunidades y riesgos de la nanotecnología en la cadena alimentaria («de la granja al plato»), mostrando las lagunas en el conocimiento, la legislación y el control. El simposio va dirigido a científicos, fabricantes, reguladores y representantes de la industria, proporcionando numerosas oportunidades para la interacción y el intercambio de conocimientos entre las distintas partes interesadas.
