Graduated in Biotechnology at CEU San Pablo University in Madrid. At the moment I am doing my PhD at the same university.

My research interests focus on the study of metabolic mechanisms underlying cofactor-mediated anaphylaxis in models of food allergy to LTPs.

I have a passion for music, movies, reading and exercise. I enjoy being active both physically and intellectually, and I am interested in continually exploring new challenges and learning.
