About me

Marina de la Fuente is a Culinary Arts professor in the Gastronomy Degree at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. A biologist with a Master's in Nutrition from the University of Barcelona, she combines culinary innovation, teaching, and consulting for gastronomy and agritourism companies.
