I hold a PhD in Chemical Sciences and currently serve as the head of the Spectroscopy Unit at the Research Support Center for Chemical Techniques at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM). With over 20 years of experience in sample analysis and characterization, I have worked closely with researchers, academic institutions, and companies across various sectors, providing analytical solutions. Throughout my career, I have handled a wide range of samples—from biological specimens to polymers and advanced materials—allowing me to develop a versatile and applied technical perspective. In addition to experimental work, I design and develop software for the automation and analysis of spectroscopic data.Outside the lab, I have a deep passion for cooking and am an enthusiastic woodworker.
