About me

I am a PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Biomedicine. I conduct my research in the "Synthetic Cellular Biochemistry" group at the Margarita Salas Research Center. Our laboratory integrates biochemistry, biophysics, and synthetic biology to decipher the molecular mechanisms of bacterial division. Understanding how these elements interact with each other is a potential avenue for the development of new antibiotics! I also contribute to research staff training and the dissemination of scientific activity.
