I am an Electronic Engineer with specialized training in Robotics, Computer Vision, and Artificial Intelligence, and experience in virtual and augmented reality environments. I am currently part of the DIGISEN group at ICTAN thanks to the Momentum Program (funded by the European Union–Next Generation EU), participating in the European project to develop virtual environments for sensory and consumer analysis. My work focuses on the application of emerging digital technologies (XR and AI) to transform the user experience in the food sector.
