What is a clean room? It’s a highly controlled environment where technological devices—such as microchips—are manufactured. A research team from the Technical University of Madrid (UPM) will show participants that, just like sophisticated dishes can be prepared in a kitchen, in a clean room the electronic components that power our phones, computers, and other devices are "cooked."
