About me

Blanca Moret Moliner (Madrid, 2000). Graduated in Philosophy from UAM, and from the Master's in Cultural Theory and Criticism at UC3M. Currently, she works as a Research Assistant in the Research Group on Ecological Techniques and Humanities (THECO) within the framework of the project 'Support for hiring research assistants. Youth Employment Program, call 2024. PI Antonio Alonso Puelles (PEJ-2024-AI/PH-HUM-33436). She has interned in the humanities area of the Círculo de Bellas Artes, collaborating in the organization of events such as the Continuous Reading of Don Quixote or the Eñecon Festival. She also collaborates in the Philosophical Laboratory of the Anthropocene and Degrowth. She is a member of the research project 'Speak for Nature: Interdisciplinary Approaches on Ecological Justice' (UC3M), funded by the European Union. Her research interests revolve around ecological humanities in general and the various ways to rethink the city, in particular, with the aim of critically analyzing why the current urban model is not ecological and as such propose a return to agronomies that brings land closer to urban soil. In her free time, she enjoys walks in the countryside with her dog, music, and being with her friends.
