PhD in Communication Technologies and Systems from UPM and Assistant Professor at the School of Computer Systems Engineering. Member of the GATV research group, he has participated in more than 10 European projects such as CODECO and CyberNEMO. His research focuses on network virtualization, applied AI, and energy efficiency. He coordinates the Bachelor's Degree in Information Society Technologies and has published works on 5G, digital twins, and NFV.
