Alejandro Brenlla Gómez
About me
My name is Alejandro, I am a Forest Management technician in Natural Environments, and I am currently part of the IMDEA Water Institute team, within the Soil and Water Quality in the Environment (SWQ) research group.
At IMDEA Water, my work focuses on the care and maintenance of the greenhouse where various experiments are carried out, as well as the management and upkeep of Green Filters, a key tool for natural water purification.
I am passionate about nature and enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities—from climbing and hiking to via ferratas. For me, working in close contact with the natural environment is not just a profession, but a way of life.
