About me

Director of the Degree in Video Game Creation and Narration at UFV since 2015. Specializing in Video Game Theory and Communication and Transmedial Narrative in Digital Media. Member of the panel of experts in Arts and Humanities of the Madri+d Foundation and the Canary Islands Agency for University Quality and Educational Evaluation. Founder of the Research Group "Educational Uses and Narrative Identity of Video Games" and currently Principal Investigator of the 19th Century Hispanic Literary Legendary Project: Design and Implementation of a Transmedial Narrative, funded by the State Program to Promote Scientific and Technical Research and its Transfer, of the State Plan for Scientific, Technical and Innovation Research. My scientific output includes my books: "Geopoetics and Narrative Identity" and "19th Century Legends from the 21st Century: Video Games and the Teaching of Spanish." I have been a visiting researcher at the University of Roskilde (Copenhagen) and the Catholic University of Portuguesa (Porto).
