About me

I am a fourth-year Biology student at the Autonomous University of Madrid. I chose this degree because I’ve always loved animals and nature, and along the way I’ve become even more fascinated by lab work, cell biology, and discovering how our bodies function. In fact, this year I’m doing my undergraduate thesis (TFG) in the lab of Jesús Page and Rocío Gómez, studying meiosis in a bat species.

In addition to biology—which I’ve come to love even more through this degree—I really enjoy traveling, whether it’s visiting new cities or walking through natural landscapes, especially when I’m with friends, my partner, or family. In my free time, I love watching series or movies, reading a good book, and often drawing, which I find to be a very fun and relaxing activity.
