I work as a Senior Scientist at the CIB Margarita Salas-CSIC. My research interests include Cellular and Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Synthetic Biology. I have published more than 35 scientific articles. I currently work on science outreach and communication, giving lectures and organizing workshops within the framework of science outreach and communication projects I lead. I have published two books "New Uses for Old Medicines" and "Vaccines," and more than 40 science outreach articles in media aimed at the general public.
