About me
I am a researcher at CSIC, specializing in microbial and plant biotechnology. With a PhD in Biological Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid, my work focuses on lactic acid bacteria and their role in functional foods. I have contributed to national and international projects, including EU-funded programs such as FP5, FP6, FP7, and the COST Action Sourdomics, aiming to enhance food quality and functionality.
