Senior Scientist at ICTAN-CSIC and Associate Professor at UCM. She held a UE Marie Curie postdoctoral contract at the Institute of Food Research (UK) and was PI of a Marie Curie Reintegration contract. He has participated in more than 30 research projects and 19 contracts with companies. Author of more than 100 scientific publications and almost 100 communications at conferences. He has supervised 5 doctoral theses (2 in progress) and more than 10 TFG/TFM. She combines research, teaching and scientific dissemination, with active participation in initiatives funded by FECYT, Science Week, European Researchers' Night, etc.
