I am a researcher in the Lipid Metabolism Epigenetics group at IMDEA Nutrition Institute.
My research focuses on studying the influence of lifestyle, environment and dietary components on the modulation of the epigenome in order to develop new Precision Nutrition strategies. I am currently working on a project where we are trying to identify the epigenetic effects of accidental consumption of nanoplastics and their potential impact on health.
I love going to concerts, travelling, strolling through the streets of Madrid and going out for dinner in ‘gourmet mode’.
