Qihong is a researcher in the Departamento de Ingeniería Aeroespacial de la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M). She started studying Aerospace Engineering in 2018 at UC3M, where she also completed a Master’s in Aeronautical Engineering and is now working on her PhD. Her research focuses on experimental aerodynamics, and she’s developing reduced models to predict how fluids behave when controlled. But Qihong doesn’t spend all her time in the lab. She loves cooking, travelling, and discovering new places, and what she enjoys most is learning languages. When she has some free time, she really likes staying active—climbing, jumping rope, surfing, playing volleyball, or dancing.
