I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics at the University of Alcalá. My research focuses on perception, detection, object tracking, and obstacle avoidance using intelligent vehicles and mobile robots in dynamic environments. I have been involved in research since 2009, working with the Robesafe and INVETT research groups, developing projects in both robotics and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS).

I have had the opportunity to supervise undergraduate and master's theses, and I am currently supervising a doctoral dissertation. In addition, I collaborate in organizing the international robotics competition Eurobot, in its Spanish league.
