Graduated in Physical Activity and Sports Science (2012-2016). Master's in Physical Performance and Health (specializing in Health, 2017). International doctorate in the Sports and Health program (2018-2022) with a special qualification of "cum laude" mention. Recipient of the grant for the hiring of pre-doctoral research personnel (FPU17/06354). Thesis title: "Colorectal cancer patients beyond their disease: Hindrances, motivation, and positive effects of exercise during chemotherapy treatment." Two international research stays with Martyn Standage at the University of Bath (UK) and with Jorge Mota at the University of Porto. I have actively participated in more than 20 national and international congresses, have 10 publications indexed in JCR, and have accumulated over 100 hours of university teaching. I emphasize my expertise in qualitative research, digestive cancer, physical training, and ostomies. With 10 years of experience in designing and developing training for individuals with medical conditions. Currently, I work for the Biomedical Research Institute of the Puerta de Hierro University Hospital in Madrid.
