I hold a degree in Biological Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid, and a Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences and Food Industry. I have worked for 10 years in Food Quality and Safety. I am currently a Technician in the Department of Mathematical and Fluid Physics, Environmental Toxicology Laboratory, at the National University of Distance Education (UNED).
