Encarna Rodríguez is a rural teacher and PhD in Education, with 27 years of experience in public schools, where she has worked as a teacher, head of studies, INTEF advisor, and teacher trainer. Since arriving in rural areas, her career has focused on advocating for territorial equity and equal opportunities for students in underpopulated areas.
She is the creator of Ruralita, a collection of artificial intelligence-based assistants designed to support rural teachers in the planning and development of multi-level and competency-based proposals.
