Imagenes galácticas

Ayer mencionabamos el impacto de diferentes campos de la Astrofísica en los medios de comunicación. Hoy Benjamín nos habla de los resultados en Titán. Para equilibrar, quiero mostrar las imagenes espectaculares de unas galaxias cercanas, que aparecen hoy en una nota de prensa de la ESO.
Las imagenes fueron obtenidas por el Very Large Telescope, localizado en el observatorio de Paranal, en Chile, con los instrumentos FORS1 y 2. Las diferentes morfologías son evidentes. No son necesarias más palabras.
La galaxia NGC908, que presenta un brote de formación estelar.

Aw, this was a very good post. Taking a few minutes and actual effort to create a really good article… but what can I say… I hesitate a whole lot and never manage to get nearly anything done.
