Imágenes en rayos X del satélite XMM/Newton

Espectaculares las imágenes y los espectros de la galería del satélite de la Agencia Espacial Europea XMM/Newton.
Estoy copiando datos que este observatorio tomó el mes pasado para uno de mis programas científicos. Hace varios días me comunicaron que ya estaban procesados y dispuestos para su análisis. Mientras transfiero los gigantescos ficheros y leo la información asociada, navego por la página de esta misión de la ESA. Y me cruzo con su impresionante galeria de imágenes, que incluye desde objetos dentro del Sistema Solar, regiones de formación estelar, restos de estrellas incluyendo supernovas y agujeros negros, hasta todo tipo de objetos extragalácticos. Todo un festín para los ojos, que de no ser por esta misión y la equivalente de la NASA, denominada Chandra, serían invisibles.

Honest reaction is that this is the kind of writing I would defend in a conversation about good blog content, and a look at ideasflowstrategically reinforced that, the rare site whose work I would actively recommend rather than just tolerate is the kind I want to support through return visits regularly.
