Purpose
Fundación para el Conocimiento madri+d is an initiative of the Regional Government of Madrid created in 2002. Its main objectives are to contribute to make the quality of higher education, science, technology and innovation key elements of the competitiveness and well-being of citizens.

madri+d Awards
madri+d Awards, whose first edition dates from 2003, recognize the efforts made by research groups and technology-based entrepreneurs so that their results have an impact on the welfare and prosperity of the citizens of the Region of Madrid. They also recognize the ability of groups to lead competitive projects within Europe, as well as commitment to the dissemination and communication of the results of their research.
madri+d Awards comprise the following categories
The madri+d Mentoring Network is an international reference in mentoring for entrepreneurs, formed by businessmen and professionals of recognized trajectory that pave the way to entrepreneurs with a scientific-technological base, helping them to consolidate the success of their innovative initiatives.
With total confidentiality on both sides and a practical approach, it facilitates meetings between mentors and entrepreneurs, project presentations, seminars, networking contacts... promoting the growth of the business fabric of the Community of Madrid.
El Patronato es el órgano de gobierno, representación y administración de la Fundación que ejercerá las funciones que le corresponden.
